Contacts & Call Logs: We access your device phonebook and call history to identify unknown callers and manage your spam list.
Why we collect this: To provide an effective Caller ID service, TringoBiz collects and uploads names and phone numbers from your device's contact list to our secure servers. This data is used to build a community-driven database that allows any user of the app to identify an unknown caller, even if that caller is not in their own phonebook. By sharing this information, you help the community identify callers and stay protected from spam. We process this data based on our legitimate interest in providing and improving our identification services.
Overlay (Display Over Other Apps): This is required to show the Caller ID window on your screen during active incoming or outgoing calls to identify who is calling.
Notifications: Required to provide real-time alerts for identified spam, missed calls, and other service-related updates.
Storage: We use storage access only to save your app settings, themes, and offline database on your device.
No Third-Party Selling: TringoBiz does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected using modern industry-standard encryption methods (SSL/TLS).
India Only: This app is intended for use by residents of India only. We do not collect or process data from individuals located outside of India.
Retention: We keep your personal data only for the time necessary for the purposes set out in this policy while you are an active user.

Unlisting: Any person who does not wish to have their name and phone number available through our functionality may unlist their number via our website.
